It has a good biscuty aroma lots of vanilla. The flavor was very cream soda like with hints of toasty bread, good body for a summer beer. Nice and drinkable. If you aresick of wit beers and flavored hefes for summer beers try this one. tmoreau (566), Lombard, Illinois, USA

Light vanilla- malt aroma. Stick to the glass light tan head. Deep amber hue with an initial caramel- maple on toast taste. Subtle hop presence at best. Very drinkably creamy thoughout. Surprised me. By bottle at Lunar Brewing. highibus (428), Mill Creek, Washington, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 10/20 | Jun 20, 2008 Copper pour with off-white thick head that dissipated fairly quickly. There is a little malt and spice in the faint aroma. Starts out a little sweet with some vanilla but kind of ends up with sour fruit. The aftertaste isn’t too pleasing, but it is just about perfect on the palate for a cream ale. I originally remember really liking this but the past few times haven’t done it for me. I had a Genny Cream before this one and actually liked it better; maybe I’m crazy today. Naka (525), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jun 20, 2008 Pours a copper brown color with a thick beige head. The aroma is a malty caramel with some roasted hints. The flavor is sweet with some caramel, nutty coffee, a touch of fruit, and slight bitter note at the end. It is thick and creamy, but really doesn’t come off to be that heavy on the palate or in the stomach. It is pretty thick for a summer beer, but tasty all the same. | 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 5/5 | 10/20 | Jun 18, 2008 bottle. Pours deep copper. Smell is light and sweet, no hops. Taste is smooth with just a hint of bittering hops at the back. Pretty light flavor. Mouthfeel is perfect for a cream, full for the flavor and pretty low carb. Seems to really coat the mouth. This is a pretty good beer but I don’t like the mouthfeel for a true summer beer.
