Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

12 oz. glass bottle- color of medium brown, with a thick full head - nose of sweet malt, pink popcorn, and hint of spice – taste of kettle corn, malt, and slight orange- body is semi sweet , and with medium carbonation – aftertaste of malts, kettle corn, and some acidity

Pours a copperish brown with a light tan head. The aroma is mild with some maltiness. Flavor is predominatley malty with caramel malt. LIttle hop to the beer.

This was definately my favorite beer of the summer. It has a roasted carmel flavor with a smooth after taste. After a hot day working in the yard, this cerveza was very refreshing. I have purchased 3 cases this past summer and could drink this all year round.

12 oz bottle. Coppery pour with a bubbly tan head that dissipates quickly. Very mild nose, sweet malt and honey with a hint of toffee. Flavor is a lightly buttered caramel, a bit of toasted malt. A light breadiness is apparent in the finish. Pretty drinkable.

Sampled as part of BJCP training. Note that the first bottle we opened was clearly infected, with a really nasty sourness. Second bottle was from the same sixer and fine. Go figure. Rating from the uninfected sample. Medium amber. Definite sweet corn aroma. Very suagery malt sweetness throughout, no real hops showing up at all to me, despite looking for them. Just too sweet for me.

Very interesting brew. Creamy and smooth mouthfeel, with bold flavors of vanilla, caramel, and maybe butterscotch. Some spiced flavors are in there as well, but no real hop presence that I noticed. I’ve never really had a beer like this one before, and it was quite enjoyable.
