Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

pours clear amber with a small off white head and crazy visible carbonation. aroma burnt orange and caramel with a bit of citric hops. flavor sweet orange and light caramel. medium body. crisp lively carbonation. finish strange almost artificial orange cream flavor with a bit of spice. decent summer beer.

Bottle pours a hazy dark amber, with a modest, light tan head. Fairly quickly dissipates to a thin soapy ring that still leaves nice lined of lacing. Soft aroma of light malts, vanilla and banana. Flavor is pale, light on the hops and a gentle light malt flavor. A session beer I suppose, but not very interesting.l very little bitterness on the trailer, but a nice bodya dn feel. Lightly carbonated.

Bottle. Pours murky copper with a thick foamy beige head. Aroma is toasty, banana, and light malts. Flavor is malty with notes of lemony citrus and honey with a sweet bready finish.

Another nice beer from a good brewer. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a chestnut color with a small light tan head. The aroma is light sweet malts. The flavor is sweet and tangy light malts with a hint of fruit. The mouthfeel is smooth and the finish is crisp. My kind of session beer.

pours a deep amber. Aroma is of caramel and toffee. Taste is sweet caramel and toffee, with not much to balance it out. Sweet finish.

Pours an intense burnt orange with a velvety yet light head. Smells of toffee, orange zest and spice. The flavor is fruity and spicy and yet not overbearing in anyway. A slightly sweet finish that takes the edge off of a hot summer day. Very smooth on the palate, lingering just a bit. I had quite a few on a family beach trip and will do it again next year.

Poured a clear deep amber with a small off white head. Light fruity nose of apricot and peach and some toffee. Medium body with a little stickiness and very minmal carbonation. Malty sweet flavor, little hoppiness evident, which results in a sweet finish that I personally don’t find refreshing. Not objectionable in any way, but not my taste, and very average in all regards. Considering what Anderson Valley has done in the past, this is a disappointment.
