| 1.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 3/10 | 2/5 | 6/20 | Nov 30, 2005 Orange, butterscotch, chocolate and sugar in the aroma with some biscuity malt character. Clear amber-brown with a shy, large bubbled, off white head that recedes to ring. Flavour offers notes of white chocolate, mint, grass, hay, vanilla, butterscotch, coffee, cream, tea-like tannins, ice cream and oranges. Plenty of different flavour components but they don’t go well together somehow and butterscotch pervades all. Soft, slick texture to the medium body with low carbonation. Sampled from a 12oz growler with Olivier_MTL and Rastacouere at the service area off I87N in Glenns Falls, NY.

Cloudy copper/amber in color with a small head. Sweet aromas of hops, spice, vanilla, and bread. Vanilla cream flavor, with hints of spice. Tasty, but I prefer the Winter Solstice.
