Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

Bottle at SR liquors. Pours an orange golden body with a white head. Light spicy hop nose, grainy with notes of coriander and citrus. Thin grapefruit and a light candy vanilla finish. eh.

Pours copper with an off-white head. Taste is slightly malty and very creamy, almost like you’re drinking a creamsicle (however that would work). One of my favorite beers, I wish it was year round so I could drink more of it.

If you’re looking to do a Cream Ale that’s decent, this is your beer. Aroma is slightly musty, but mainly grassy. Pours a dark amber with a creamy white head. More malt than hops in this one, and its very sweet. Ends on an almost woody note in the nose

Clear deep amber/brown coloured body with a lighter tint and a nice off-white head. Aroma of cherries, iced tea and pale malt. Light to Medium-bodied; Mild taste of fruit with a sweet caramel flavour rolling throughout. Aftertaste very clean & light - a good finish - but mild, even for the style. Overall, a decent beer, but I expected more from Anderson Valley. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from Norm’s in Vienna, Virginia on 04-September-2005 on the Eastern Shore of Virginia.

(12oz. bottle) Pours a clear orange body with a small off-white head. Aroma of toasted grain, caramel, vanilla, toffee, and whip cream. Flavor of caramel malt, toasted grain, candy corn, and cream soda.

Copper colored with a light white head. Clear. Smell is light hops, malts, typical cream ale. Cleanish feel. Taste is light hops, malts, creme bruelee taste. Clean and smooth feel.

Surprisingly good summer beer. Very creamy with some pineapple-ish flavors, almost creamsicle-like. Some spices on the finish. Smooth, creamy mouthfeel. Refreshing but not boring like a lot of the watery summer beers out there.

Creamy and fairly smooth body and head. Though as a light Summer session beer, the malt body is too soda sweet.
