Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

bottle poured a medium amber with a fizzy off white cola like head. aroma has light malt, grain, and sweetness. mouth feel is light with fizzy carbonation. flavor is very mild, lightly malted with sweetness and light hop touches. really boring and leaves me lacking anything nice to say.

Copper color. Smell of hops, minor spice, citrus and malt. Taste of ops, malt, grass, spice and sugar. Very balanced and smooth but also very watery.

Copper/amber with a quickly fading beige bubbly head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt and brown sugar. Taste of cola and cream, in fact it reminds me of cream soda. Overcarbonated with a nasty diet cola aftertaste. Not very good.

Slight copper color with malty, slightly fruity aroma. Cereal grains with almost no hoppy flavor. Almost a slight orange vanilla aftertaste. Smooth and drinkable but nothing special.

12oz bottle. Dark amber with a medium head. Light grain and caramel aroma. Light caramel and toasted malt flavor with modest bitterness and almost no hop character. Slight vanilla flavors as well, over a light body with medium carbonation. Smooth and drinkable, but not very interesting.

Draught @ WABF 2008. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Malty caramel aroma. Roasted malty creamy caramel flavor with some chocolate hints. Sweetish malty caramel finish.
