Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

Nice looking copper pour, llight sweet aroma. Sweet, candy creamy taste with a bit of spiciness. Interesting, remindful of a good cream soda from my youth, but not something I would seek out again.

Pours copper with a creamy tan head. Malty aroma with caramel malts, currant and wheat. Flavor is very creamy as the name suggests. Strong currant and caramel sensations. Full on the palate for a lighter beer. Damn good summer beer.

Bottle: Poured a brownish amber, looks dirty and not clear until I looked closer, looks dark for a Cream Ale, some bubbles that disappeared for the most part, malt and sweet fragrances, faint berry-fruit, toasted and malt bread fragrances, taste of malt and faint fruit, thin to medium mouth feel, some hop bitterness and the drink ends medium dry but there is a odd taste in the finish, this beer was off for me and I would not buy again.

Growler, Half Time N .Y., Septembre 2005.

12 oz bottle - clear medium amber color with small off white head. Aroma has fair amount of caramel malts and notable honey, hint of apricot, with a definite apple juice quality. Flavor is full of toasted malts, bit of apricot and peach, flight floral notes. Finish is mildly sweet. Just kind of average.

Pours a dark golden color with a small, foamy white head that leaves some sudsy lacing behind. The aroma shows notes of honey, sweet vanilla cream, grains, and some floral hops. The flavor follows with the sweetened grains, mild floral hops, and the sweet cream. Medium bodied with decent carbonation and a creamy mouthfeel. Easily drinkable, but maybe a touch too much cream for me.

I was expecting something sweet and spicy, what I got was pretty bad though. Tasted like damp wood smells. Musty, old, sickly sweet. My first disapointment from Anderson. It did smell good though.
