COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. Itís malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

Served in pint class. Darker color than expected-kind of a burnt orange color. Not much going on int he aroma, mostly malt or wheat. Excellent flavor though with a hint of caramel. A little on the sweet side but an excellent summer beer. Very creamy mouthfeel as well.

Pours a reddish amber with a medium tan head. Sweet malts on the nose, a really, really tasty creamy brew, I wish I had more of these.

Can at Jerryís. Copper with decent, creamy beige head / Earthy nose of sweet malt, bread, and spun sugar / Medium body, smooth and creamy, moderately sweet, with excellent balance and dry finish / Flavors of bread, toast, vanilla, and spun sugar, with notes of orange and pineapple / A distinctive cream ale, and a cut well above the usual Saturday night 6-pack style.

(draft) what a crazy brew! pours dark red brown. sweet malty flavor with a slight bitter and spice. however, the meat of this one is in the aftertaste. just as it slides down there is a rush of an unmistakable toffee flavor. its very well balanced as well. the sweetness doesnít weigh down the palate. the burnt toffee and slight bitter provide enough edge to keep it refreshing. a very unique brew that i will definitely try again.

Anderson Valley Summer Solstice Cerveza Crema 12 oz bottle Moderate pour in a shaker Recent brewing, enjoyed 07/07 Poured a dark orange amber with a beige semi-frothy somewhat lasting head. Smelt of moderate oranges, caramel, toasted grain. Taste was upfront strong bitter toasted grain and grassy hops and moderate orange sweet and sour followed by more of the same, with a flowery yeast kick and a diminished orange sweet and sour, on an average length finish. Palate was light to medium bodied, slightly creamy and effervescent. Overall, a summer beer that carries a fresh orange taste. On the darker side, which makes it even more intriguing. Very cool label with the bears with antlers and sunglasses. Cryptic writing under the cap:"Chipmunk the heelch of the Boont steinbier". Huh? Hilarious. Iím happy with this one, except the price ($11.99/6pk).

Iím still not sure if I like it, but it really does taste like a lager mixed with a good cream soda... Iíll have to have another

This is perfect and beautifully summery, the nutty, wholesome flavour lasts forever in the mouth. Amazing caramel and a hint of satsuma make this so wonderful and mellow that I could drink it for ever.
