Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

Bottle... Poured dark amber with a huge beige head. Big malt aroma. Flavors of buttery sweet malt and nutty, vanilla and caramel cream notes as well. Pretty tasty and a good thirst quencher.

Bottle. Pours murky copper with a thick foamy beige head. Aroma is toasty, banana, and light malts. Flavor is malty with notes of lemony citrus and honey with a sweet bready finish.

Pours a clear medium amber color. Aromas of floral, semi-sweet notes. Seemed sweet to me with a nice bitter end. This would be a great golf course summer session beer.

On tap @ Coles Buffalo NY. Creamy, Copper brew,. Tastes like toffee you used to get in FT Erie as a kid. Enjoyable

12 oz bottle. Foggy pink orange. Moderate white head leaves a quick skin. Mild nose of faintly sour apple juice. Taste is oddly the same with some milk. Tingly carb, some drying, a bit light. Orange peel creeps in.

Bottle. A bit sugary, almost sticky, for a summer beer. I did not know this was a cream ale at purchase. Bright amber color with a decent off-white slowly dissipating head. A nice fruity, candy flavor than finishes off a bit spicy, hoppy. Pleasant, but I won’t return to this one.

Bottled. Pours a medium amber color. Aroma is somewhat sweet with a hint of some citrus. Flavor seems to be mostly malts with some sweetness and a little bit of grain. A little bit of a fruity flavor.
