Commercial Description:
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It's malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

(draft) what a crazy brew! pours dark red brown. sweet malty flavor with a slight bitter and spice. however, the meat of this one is in the aftertaste. just as it slides down there is a rush of an unmistakable toffee flavor. its very well balanced as well. the sweetness doesn’t weigh down the palate. the burnt toffee and slight bitter provide enough edge to keep it refreshing. a very unique brew that i will definitely try again.

Copper/amber with a quickly fading beige bubbly head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt and brown sugar. Taste of cola and cream, in fact it reminds me of cream soda. Overcarbonated with a nasty diet cola aftertaste. Not very good.

Slight copper color with malty, slightly fruity aroma. Cereal grains with almost no hoppy flavor. Almost a slight orange vanilla aftertaste. Smooth and drinkable but nothing special.

12oz bottle. Dark amber with a medium head. Light grain and caramel aroma. Light caramel and toasted malt flavor with modest bitterness and almost no hop character. Slight vanilla flavors as well, over a light body with medium carbonation. Smooth and drinkable, but not very interesting.

Draught @ WABF 2008. Pours a slightly hazy amber color with a small off-white head. Malty caramel aroma. Roasted malty creamy caramel flavor with some chocolate hints. Sweetish malty caramel finish.
