tagz (310), USA Jun 2, 2007 (draft) what a crazy brew! pours dark red brown. sweet malty flavor with a slight bitter and spice. however, the meat of this one is in the aftertaste. just as it slides down there is a rush of an unmistakable toffee flavor. its very well balanced as well. the sweetness doesn’t weigh down the palate. the burnt toffee and slight bitter provide enough edge to keep it refreshing. a very unique brew that i will definitely try again.
esjaygee (830), Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA Oct 11, 2008 Copper/amber with a quickly fading beige bubbly head. Aroma of caramel, sweet malt and brown sugar. Taste of cola and cream, in fact it reminds me of cream soda. Overcarbonated with a nasty diet cola aftertaste. Not very good. ucusty (1214), Wake Forest, North Carolina, USA Sep 30, 2008 Copper pour with a frothy white head. Grainy aroma. Flavors of hops and cereal. Notable hints of caramel.
