COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This copper colored ale is a silky, creamy dream. It’s malty, very mildly hopped, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor. A cool beer for the heat, whatever your latitude!

I appreciate a brewery being brave enough to produce the unusual, but I don’t like the taste of this one. Not too sweet or too dry, good texture. Flavor is a citrus, herbal, and slightly flowery.

12oz can poured into a shaker. Pours a clear dark amber with about a finger and a half of thick white head. Aroma is light caramel malt and light grains. Taste is light sweet. Caramel and vanilla. Light bodied with a thin texture. Lively carbonation and a long finish. Overall, not bad. Definitely a good beer for drinking outside on a hot day. A refreshing lighter beer that actually has some flavor.

Just OK, but I am not a huge fan of the style in general. Smooth and drinkable, but not something I would got out of my way for.

Pours a clear amber with a medium lt tan head. Aroma is super faint but has light sweet maltiness...caramel and light chocolate. Flavor definitely has light chocolate and mild roastiness. Mouthfeel is medium/full and the finish is roasty with cocoa notes.

Appearance: Dark copper in color, tan head. Aroma: strong aromas of vanilla ice cream and caramel. Taste: Sweet caramel and vanilla flavor. All malt flavor and almost no perceivable bitterness. Palate: Smooth and medium bodied Overall: Great cream ale. As others have commented it would pair well with dessert.
