COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Summer Solstice! This deep golden wheat ale is a perfect warm weather beer. Its dazzling head, delicate tangy taste, and crisp clean finish make it a summer favorite, whether enjoyed straight or with a twist of lemon. It’s a slow lope’n a beeson tree. (It’s mellow and easygoing in Boontling*) *The local Anderson Valley dialect developed in the late 1800’s

Amber color, light body, and smooth texture. Slightly sweet, and no real presence of hops. Great beer for a hot day.

Slightly tangy citrus scent with hints of sweet malt and floral hops. The taste is malty with a very vague tone of butterscotch and fresh citrus. Easy to drink and enjoyable!

Tried twice now, can and draft. This is the most putrid beer I have ever tried from a good craft brewer. Its tastes like unferemented wort. Checking the website I see this is only 4 IBUs, that’s like a contact hop-high. There most be one pellet for each batch. It looks ugly as well, like dirty tea mud with a golden hue to it. Ughh. Its nothing like the description.

(can 7/2/11). Clear amber color. Medium off white head. Moderate sweet toast/bread aroma. Flavor of the same, with moderate caramel. Avg duration. Smooth finish. Slick texture. Moderate carbonation. Fair lacing.

12oz bottle pours clear copper with tan head. The aroma offers up hay and grain, citrus flavored cotton candy and a touch of vague hoppiness at the end of the draw. The taste is similar with grainy malts, hay, sweet orange hard candy infused with banana flavored candy corn candy sugariness. Not so good.

Bottle from Total Wine, Roseville. Pours amber wtih a thick beige head and a toffee aroma. There is a sweet caramel flavor with a little banana ester and a dry finish.
