COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Summer Solstice Seasonal Ale is not just your average summer seasonal. This unique copper colored ale is smooth, malty, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor.

Wheat and citrus aroma. Dark brown reddish appearance with light head. Faint caramel flavor which fades quickly. Lightly carbonated, taste flat and flavorless.

Piwo bardzo dziwne, kiepskie naprawde. Niezbyt mi przypadlo do gustu. Z pewnoscia na lato bym go nie zabral bo popsulo by mi nastroj. Jasne klarowne i bez piany. Aromat zerowy, nic po prostu nie wyczulem. W smaku przypominalo nadgnite gruszki. Odrazajace. Nie polecam

Bottle from Beer and Wine. Darker gold body with medium, lasting head. Nose is skunky, herbal, malts. Taste is also malts, wheat, spices and grains. Not a tantastic beer.

I do not wax on poetically about beer but I do know the quality of a beer once tasted. This review is not about my tastes but reinforces the numbers, which are arbitrary.

I like this beer. Poured from a 12-oz. can. Very creamy mouth-feel. Vanilla dominates. Not hoppy, but a fine summer refreshment. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12 oz can shared with ebone1988 from Dumpster Box No. 2. The pour is a darker coppery color with a finger of dense white head that falls to a film leaving a couple spots of lace. The aroma is very sweet. There is a little spiciness and a general mash presence from being old. It's a little overly sweet with a touch of spice that prevents it from being cloying. The flavor is strong in vanilla up front. It's surprising and lovely. There is a maltiness that comes through on the back and a light spiciness that reminds me of a vanilla birthday cake. There isn't a whole lot happening, but it's definitely drinkable. This one was a surprise.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2016 Can shared with koleminer20, out of Dumpster Day box #2. Aroma is mash, slight spice, caramel, old, not great. Appearance is amber, off white head, slight haze. Taste is vanilla, slight spice, very sweet, malt, not much else. Mouthfeel is medium body, light carbonation, vanilla aftertaste. Overall, I?m not sure what to make of this but it?s drinkable.

Too sweet and not hoppy. Very disappointing given the color and great looking pour.

Fluffy head dies back leaving spotty lacing atop a shiny penny brew. I hate saying it.. there is not much aroma.. maybe a little toastiness that is overwhelmed by the vanilla. Flavor is a sweet maltiness that I don’t really appreciate .. an artificial vanilla component is overpowering on my palate... reminds me of an oversweet grocery store birthday cake. Palate is the best thing going by a long shot in my mind.. very smooth and velvety.. Carbonation is very small bubble silkiness.. Not my cup of tea at all... and really the vanilla should be in a cup of tea. I don’t ever see the brew being refreshing in summer on any other time of year... first drain pour in recent memory.
