Summer Solstice Seasonal Ale is not just your average summer seasonal. This unique copper colored ale is smooth, malty, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor.

12oz. bottle pours a slightly hazy copper color with a medium sized white head that leaves spotty lacing. Smells of caramel, dough and spices. Tastes sort of like cream soda and baked beans mixed. Mouthfeel is light but creamy and silky with good carbonation. Strange beer overall definetily unique and different but not in a very good way in my opinion. Tastes odd but refreshing after a warm summer day.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Hazy amber with a small cream head. Aroma of fruits, cola?!, light orange, caramel, nutty notes and malt. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with light fizzy carbonation. [21-07-2016]

Rating #1822 - 2015.07.08 - Clear copper-amber pour, that produces a minimal bubbly foam even when poured aggressively. Aroma is potent, quite a bit of vanilla, toffee. Taste is malty sweet vanilla, gingerbread, very light and bubbly. This is a pretty good seasonal, and despite the presence of fairly colourful flavours, it remains a balanced crushable summer brew.

12oz (35.5cl) bottle at home in Amsterdam on 07-Aug-2016 poured into a long stemmed tulip glass. Clear dark amber colour with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma of malt, spices and floral pine. Medium body and carbonation. Flavour of fruit, spices and toasted malt. Lightly hopped and slightly spicy. Sweetish finish. A little too fruity for my liking.

Sample at Daily Growler UA. The beer pours a clear bright amber color with a medium thin off-white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing. Floral aroma with malt and spice in the background. Light to medium body with flavors of toasted malt, spice, fruit and mild floral hops. The finish is sweet with a malt and spiced fruit aftertaste. Decent overall.

12 oz. can. Pours an enormously thick, slowly collapsing, ivory head, with moderate lacing, over a clear effervescent amber (SRM 9) body.....nose is vanilla, ginger mild toasted malts, no hops......taste is vanilla, hints of ginger, moderate toasted malts, with light biscuit, finishing slightly sweet with a very soft lightly bitter finish.......mouth feel, light body, no alcohol, high carbonation. This is a very soft, not particularly interesting beer. The additives are mildly dominant, and the malts and hops are well hidden. BJCP 5/3/10/4/5
