3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a hazy copper (almost red) with nice amount of creamy foam. Really unique looking beer. Surprisingly subtle aroma, bit of caramel, sweet malts, and vanilla. Not much of a nose. Very sweet taste, hit right in the mouth with vanilla and candied sugar. Backbone of caramel, toasted malt, and light fruit notes. Definitely a dessert beer, but still light enough to not be overwhelming. I actually like this beer. I wouldn’t seek it out, but I would certainly drink one handed to me. Interesting summer beer.

Very nice easy drinking copper colored ale. A rather unexpected but welcomed caramelish sweetness on the finish.

Poured deep reddish brown with a frothy tan head. Aroma of sweet malt, chocolate, biscuit, liquorice. Medium body, flavour is medium sweet, lightly bitter. Quite medicinal.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2015 Aroma of vanilla, malt, caramel, herbal notes, a bit creamy. Flavour is medium sweet. Too thin, not good. Nasty herbal vanilla beer, a big disappointment.

(bottle - 12 oz) Dark gold with a thin white head. Hints of cinnamon? Weird for a summer beer. Lightly fruity and sweet with an overbearing hint of cinnamon throughout. Confusing.

3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
Slightly sweet aroma, with a hint of citrus and cinnamon. Pours a very hazy (almost opaque) dark amber with a thin white head. The sweetness continues in the flavor, with a touch of orange and some lingering cinnamon in the finish. Not bad, but too sweet for my tastes, and a bit too heavy bodied for a summer sipper.

Draft at the Tap House in Pangyo, South Korea. Beautiful clear red brown colour. Very little head and some spicy aroma of malt like jujubes. Mild, smooth palate and tender malt flavour of the jujubes and red beans. Also very little hop flavour finishes, sweet and caramel flovours of malts are main.

Can from a local beer dinner. Pours a deep brown with some head. Aroma is caramel, vanilla, coriander, and pie spices. The taste was similar with a creamy finish. Sounds heavy but actually light overall. Tasty.

Sarsaparilla and nutmeg with a trace of coriander. Light, slightly creamy and a little watery but in a good way. Finish is quick and clean. A pleasant surprise and a nice change of pace.

3.2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
A unique, light creamy ale with a little more than a hint of vanilla. Lighter body and mouthfeel is great for a summer ale. Reminiscent of a cream soda but not too sweet or carbonated like those can be.
