Summer Solstice Seasonal Ale is not just your average summer seasonal. This unique copper colored ale is smooth, malty, and lightly sweet, with a delicate hint of spice for that oh-so-drinkable, extra velvety flavor.

Pours a hazy copper (almost red) with nice amount of creamy foam. Really unique looking beer. Surprisingly subtle aroma, bit of caramel, sweet malts, and vanilla. Not much of a nose. Very sweet taste, hit right in the mouth with vanilla and candied sugar. Backbone of caramel, toasted malt, and light fruit notes. Definitely a dessert beer, but still light enough to not be overwhelming. I actually like this beer. I wouldn’t seek it out, but I would certainly drink one handed to me. Interesting summer beer.

Draft at the Tap House in Pangyo, South Korea. Beautiful clear red brown colour. Very little head and some spicy aroma of malt like jujubes. Mild, smooth palate and tender malt flavour of the jujubes and red beans. Also very little hop flavour finishes, sweet and caramel flovours of malts are main.

Can from a local beer dinner. Pours a deep brown with some head. Aroma is caramel, vanilla, coriander, and pie spices. The taste was similar with a creamy finish. Sounds heavy but actually light overall. Tasty.

Sarsaparilla and nutmeg with a trace of coriander. Light, slightly creamy and a little watery but in a good way. Finish is quick and clean. A pleasant surprise and a nice change of pace.

A unique, light creamy ale with a little more than a hint of vanilla. Lighter body and mouthfeel is great for a summer ale. Reminiscent of a cream soda but not too sweet or carbonated like those can be.

Amber color with a thin white head. Aroma is vaguely of caramel and toffee malts. Flavor is light and crisp with a toffee finish. Fairly big malt for a light summer beer. Wife: 3.5

12 oz. can from BevMo. Hazy copper with a thin head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of caramel malt and subtle floral hops. Flavors are light butterscotch and citrus with a bit of cut grass in the finish. Fairly dry. Well carbonated. Light mouthfeel; a bit syrupy. Overall, subtle, well balanced flavors, very easy drinking.
