The refreshing tartness in this divine, bright golden-colored ale gives way to earthy undertones and hints of citrus followed by a slight sea salt-like dryness and tangy, effervescent finish.

On draft at Beer Market. Poured hazy yellow with virtually no head. Appeared uncarbonated. Flavor is citrus tones with mild salt finish. Thin. Rather mild gose but good and refreshing nonetheless.

Straw, clear, head that dissipates quick with no lace. The nose is low on complexity but shows a slightly funky edge. Palate is great. Sour and salty. Close between a sour beer and fino sherry.

No head to speak of and little aroma, ever so slightly cloudy with a very crisp feel to it and taste of sour green apples. Perfect of a hot day when in need of a refresher.

355 ml. can purchased @ De Bierkoning during Carnivale Brettanomyces #4. Drank outside. Poured out some for visuals, quite pale golden, small white head. Nose is lemon, lactic, lactic wheat, light coriander,… Taste is quite mineral, creamy wheat, soft apple, creamy wheat, light sugar, mellow sour, coriander,… Lovely creamy wheat body. Pleasant to drink. Easy, very refreshing,… A bit overly mineral possibly & tad too coriander maybe but very fun all the same. I wouldn’t mind trying the Blood Orange version.

I poured it from the bottle into a pint glass. It pours a bubbly straw color with a nice white head and some lacing. The aroma is tart fruit, earth and a hint of funk. The taste is tart fruit, yeast, and some saltiness on the back end. The mouth feel is pretty complex. It’s a solid example of the style.

Aroma is sweet tarts and citrus hops, taste is slightly more subtle, a little sharp may age out nicely though
