COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The refreshing tartness in this divine, bright golden-colored ale gives way to earthy undertones and hints of citrus followed by a slight sea salt-like dryness and tangy, effervescent finish.

Can, poured into Flute. Pouras a Bright Golden color. Head is thin, white, and fades almost immediately, although there is ample carbonation in this beer. Aroma is tart, funky, and slight sea salt/brine. Taste is salty, sour, and vaguely citrus. Mouthfeel is very effervescent, similar to sweet champagne.

12 oz can, poured into a tulip glass at approximately 45 degrees F. Appearance: Pours a clear pale straw gold, similar to champagne - along with the attendant slew of bubbles and thick head of white foam. Carbonation streams through this beer as though it were customers headed for a 100% off sale on 65" super-high-def TVs. The head dissipates fairly quickly, and doesn’t leave much lacing behind. Smell: Light fruity notes, like citrus, pear, and melon, mingle with a faint funkiness and a solid wheat base. Taste: Oh my. This opens with a citric lime-heavy tartness, buoyed by the expected salty backdrop, and then shades into a mixture of funk with the melon and pear from the nose, and perhaps a spot of green apple. The finish leaves a sort of lemongrass taste behind, mingled with the saltiness. Mouthfeel: Light, effervescent, and eminently chuggable were it not for the tartness, this is a refreshing beer. Overall: This is a tasty gose. I will definitely repeat this beer.

Can. Cloudy pale orange-gold pour with a small fizzy head that fades to a nice ring. Aroma is fairly faint but good. Sea water, lemons, crackers, and lime. Tastes very salty with a mild to medium sourness. Very lemony with a solid cracker malt base. Very easy to slam.

Golden body with a decent head. Spicy wheat nose with just a whiff of tartness. Restrained tart wheat body. Quite easy drinking, lower salt content for a Gose. Easy mineral character. Refreshing and subtle tartness.

I truly don’t understand the hype. This brew is not really what I’m looking for when I think of beer being an IPA, or stout guy.

Pours pale gold, thin white head that laces nicely. Aroma is understated, somewhat fruity, with that weird sensation you get from smelling pure salt. Sourness is the main sensation up front, with faint saltiness after sourness fades. Not fruity in particular, with thin maltiness rounding things out. Could use a little more flavor other than the sourness and salt.

12oz can from the BA gathering. Poured a bubbly very slight hazed rusty gold body under a smaller white bubbly head that fades quickly. Aroma/flavor of tartness, lemons, salt water, wet crackers, dough and some citric acid. Medium body, bubbly carbonation and a lingering tart aftertaste. This is a great beer and would be crushable in the hot summer sun.

pours slightly hazy golden with a fizzy white head that quickly dissipates. The aroma is citrus and slightly sweet. Not so sweet in the taste. Big citrus lemon-lime kick and not too much sweetness in the flavor. Dry, very tart finish. Don’t drink sours but this is pretty good.

On tap. Pretty bad stuff. Very dry cheap champagne-like "qualities". I enjoy the style but this is a huge miss. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a medium gold with 2 finger head which fades away very quickly. Aroma is slightly salty, along with some bright citrus. Taste is bright, lots of lemon and lime, some orange, and touch of salt like with a good margarita. This would be utterly awesome on a hot summer day. Even in February it’s really nice.
