Many thanks for this beer to Beerhunter111. Pours a cloudy golden color. Wheaty and yeasty aroma. Taste is wheaty, minimally tart, notes of apple, subtle sweetness.

Bottle: Golden to orange, hazy color, white head. Sourly aroma, yeasty, wheaty, citrus notes. Flavor is wheaty, yeasty, light bodied, citrus and orange notes. Quite ok but neverthless a bit too thin.

--> 12/12/11/11

Bottle: Orangey-golden coloured , small & stable creamy head, vegetables (onions, cabbege - cased by "bad yeast ?) and minerals in the caramelly-wheaty nose ; moderate sweet-sourish flavour, light bodied, soft; vegetables returning in the sweetish-caramelly and sourish-wheaty finish. Not really good....

(bottle) Cloudy, deep golden colour with a tall and slightly off-white foamy head. Yeasty, distinctively banana-fruity aroma with a present wheaty touch with delicately phenolic spices. Moderately sweet and slightly sour flavour, light bodied but not watery with a spritzy carbonation. Wheaty and yeasty taste with notes of banana and a tinge of citric sourness, especially towards the mildly sweet and slightly tart finish. Clean and refreshing Hefeweizen. 15.VIII.11
