Bottle: Some lively bubbles which disapears right away. An almost clear yellow/morning piss yellow colored cider. Smell red apples, apple peel, stone, yeast, light cellar, dusty. Taste red and yellow apples, some yeast, fermented apples, light dusty, some apple sweets, but not too sweet. Pretty nice. Aftertaste is short mostly red and and yellow apples, bit creamy annd light sweet. Pretty ok. Medium carbo, soft light tingly light dry ish mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light creamy texture.

Bottle 0,75l from Lidl, named as "Duc de Coeur Cidre de Normandie Doux" . Pours golden light orange yellow clear. head is white and fizzy and disappears within a seconds. Aromas cask, apples, wood and leather. Palate is watery, slick, little fat, carbonation is weak and soft. Aftertaste is tannine, mild dry apples and tart refreshing mouthfeel .Overall a balanced low alc cidre , very freshing and very drinkable.

Clear medium yellow orange color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy apple, sweet apple, apple juice, vanilla. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, apple, apple juice, vanilla notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20101212]
