COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pünktlich zum Maibaum-Stellen gibt’s beim ANDREASBRÄU dieses berüchtigte Getränk. Bockbiere, auch Starkbiere genannt, sind ober- oder untergärige Biere, deren Stammwürzegehalt über 16 % liegt. Unser Maibock untergärig, die Maische ist dickflüssiger, da mehr Malz und weniger Wasser eingemaischt wird. Sein Geschmack: malzbetont, mit dezenter Hopfennote, äußerst süffig und vollmundig. Mit ca. 7% vol Alkohol und 16,9 % Stammwürze.

Draught at the brauhaus
Cloudy amber color with red-orange hue; generous compact head. Mild aroma, of malt, caramel, cereals, with a hint to the upcoming sweetness. Good body structure; some malt and flavor, distinctively sweet, and with a fruity trace; unfortunately there is also a trace of cereals and dust that makes it imperfect; correct bitterness, with a late alcohol punch. Good.
