Draught at the brauhaus
Muddy orange-amber color; medium-sized creamy head. The aroma is yeasty, a bit Belgian, and fruity; there is some wheat, spicy; it’s on the edge of a sweet Saison. The body is lean and dynamic (while true Belgians have a more lazy mouthfeel); high carbonation; good spicy taste (cloves), malt flavor and good sweetness level; balanced, with correct bitterness.
This is one very fine Belgial Ale! A bit sweet and fruity, Chäpeau!
