My Bottom Line :
Bananas, cloves and apples serenade this superlative Weizen’s doughy yeast and wheat into building a most drinkable and cohesive ensemble.

Further Personal Perceptions :
-A veil of foam laces all around the cloudy amber.
-The mouthfeel is soft and round; perhaps a tad too round for my tastes in the style, but that’s just me being finicky. This is a beautifully-rendered Weizen.
-All flavors are levelled.
-Intensity levels are perhaps higher than your average Weizen, yet they are never exaggerated. This yeast is a hard-worker.
-The timid apple notes add character, while never delving into tart territory.

Muddy orange color; compact head. Spicy aroma, some biscuity. Correct body strength, dryish mouthfeel, reasonable wheat flavor, spicy. Good bitterness level.

Muddy amber color. The aroma is spicy, sweet and malty. There is some wheat flavor, light spices, light biscuity touch, but also some paper and stale bread, overall it’s quite weird. The bitterness level is low, and the final is short, dry and weak. Nothing special.
