COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen.
A hazy golden beer with a green gleam and almost no head. Aroma is dominated by butter with just a vague fruity hint. Butter in the flavor as well, grassy notes and a dry burned finish. Something must be wrong with this one, I’m glad I didn’t have to buy a full pint, so thanks to Jan for the small sample :-) Andrik’s worst beer to date!

Ungstrup (29022) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - APR 14, 2006
A slightly hazy pale brown beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of caramel as well as faint hints of citrus. The flavor is slightly acidic with a strong malt note combined with caramel and light notes of butter. The end is slightly bitter. Not enough aroma hops in this one!
