COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sprød og krydret med Enebær har denne øl en aroma af rund malt sødme samt en kompleks bitterhed. De bær der er anvendt under brygningen giver øllet en fyldigere bitterhed end humlen kan præstere alene. Denne ale er brygget nænsomt med lyse malttyper som let ristet alemalt og lys caramelmalt. Resultatet er en øl med let fylde der har en fyldig strågul farve. Ale gæren har udviklet en svag note af nødder.

Draft. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is quite light with strongest notes of juniper berries, but also light notes of malt. The flavor is weird with notes of juniper berries and vegetables, leading to a dry vegetable finish.

On tap. Slightly hazy orangey golden with an off-white head. Lightly sweet malt aroma with a whiff of butter. Medium body, malty with a vague underlying tartness but not many traces of juniper. The finish is dry. 300509

Draught. Low white and quickly disappearing fluffy head. Hazy dark orange body. Mild and dusty fruity aroma. Heavily carbonated oranges lemon flavor without much hops bitterness. Short aftertaste.

Pours muddy orange with a small, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, lightly malty, some juniper. Still rather dull aroma. Frothy and very watery mouthfeel. Flavour has vegetables, some caramel and just a hint of juniper. Not good.

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours hazy orange with a minimal white head. Mild fruity and sweet aroma. Light sweet flavoured with a mild juniper note and somewhat yeasty in profile. Quite solid carbonation mouthfeel. Light bitterness into the finish. Lasting yeasty and fruity impression into the finish. Light bodied and faint flavoured finish. Somewhat without direction.
