Cask; Seasonal - March to May.
Spring Twist is a rich golden ale, brewed using a combination of floor malted Maris Otter barley and English hops. The use of Fuggles and cascade hops for aroma give this beer a fresh grassy / citrus nose.

Cask at the Foresters, Church Crookham. Pours a bright orange colour with a good size head. The aroma is citrus, the taste is all grapefruit that leads to a sharp dry finish. This is not a session beer.

Pint at the Royal Oak in Bracknell. Golden beer with a flat head. Tastes a bit lagerish, but also has a bitterness to it that adds to the flavour, and a hint of fruit. One dimensional but also quite nice. Smells fruity but bitter, fairly easy to detect aroma. Almost tastes wrong but still right as its plain but enjoyable. I went back for a second pint so I must like it!

Cask @ Odiham and Greywell Cricket Club. Golden/amber appearance. Surprising full bodied and rich with a sort of grassy aroma. Not a massive amount going on, but very drinkable nevertheless.

Cask at the Monks Retreat (JDW), Reading. Bright gold with a dense cream head; faint citrus aroma; sweet and grainy with a light citrus flavour; a touch of grapefruit to finish. Rather heavily bodied for the style, but very light on flavour. Disappointing.
