Sep 2, 2009 Bomber. Pours a cherry coke sort of a color. Somewhat sweet malty aroma. A hint of hops as well. Fairly crisp and malty. Good hop character. Somewhat grainy for an amber. Pretty tasty though. I’m glad to see they got rid of that sour cream flavor.

Aug 5, 2009 On tap. Creative name. Color was a dirty amber. Aroma was fruity and bready. Flavor was like HI-C punch, which was quite bizarre. Some yeast and mineral water as well. Very strange, but not terrible.

Apr 6, 2009 Okay, nothing really to write home about. Subtly hoppy but not over the top. Decent mouthfeel, but underwhelming, just kind of an average decent drinkable, but not noteworthy beer.

Nov 30, 2008 A nice looking brew, decent head, malt, slight caramel, Hoped nice for the style, nice drinking brew. Bought bottled at the Alpine Village Euro Market, next to the brewery, so it was probably very fresh.

Aug 3, 2008 Pretty decent beer, would like it a little more if it had a bigger finish, it just drops right off of the palate. Otherwise pretty well balanced, a rich toasted caramel maltiness, some light toffee notes as well. Pretty sessionable, I would drink this again.

Jun 23, 2008 12oz bottle from BevMo! One of the better Angel City beers. An aroma of malt and caramel on an amber body with a head that dissipates quickly. Toasted malt and some amount of bitterness.

May 12, 2008 Pours very bright copper with a small off-white head. Slight citrussy aroma, at first it seems like a bit of a Uk-American hop mix, but eventually I got some interesting floral notes. There is a bit of light chocolate and toffee, dried apricots and the likes. Medium body, well balanced and very smooth. Balanced, simple caramel malt, flowery hop flavours and a bit of saltiness. Clean slightly sweet finish. Not bad.
