I was confused by the description on the bottle which reads that it’s "brewed like the great Czech and German Pilseners." Which one? What style was I to expect? It looked promising enough, a golden, well beaded body with a dense, creamy head. The aroma was faint, a mild, bready malt with a light herbal/floral hopping. But the taste - a light malt with a strong, and I mean STRONG crabapple taste. It finished with a sour flavor in the back of the mouth and, too be fair, some hoppy bitterness, too. The bottle may be off and I’d try it again. If someone else put down the money.
