COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This golden ale is light and well balanced, meaning there is no lingering aftertaste on your palate. Its ultra clean palate is reminiscent of a European pilsner.

Good head and lacing; light amber color. Slight malty-sweet nose. Flavor malty and salty; like malted pretzels. Sounds better, maybe, than it tastes. Slightly bitter on the back end.

Somewhat misty, orange glow with a creamy white head. Crisp lemon aroma, with wafts of spray starch and clothes stored in the attic for 10 years. Smooth taste with some lemon acidity. The tin twang of their pilsner malt is evident. Something oily about this one, like a macadamia nut. This is a summer quaff, though not my first choice. Carbonation dances like acupuncture on the tongue. Souring finish with a light crescent roll aftertaste.

Ah the Blonde.... Drinking This Watery...Damn near Tasteless, Aroma-less and Body-less Brew....I scan the Brewpub and see MANY awards for their Beer....I wonder HOW IS THIS SO?! Is there a BAD BEER Awards Fest I’m NOT Hearing About?! Ignorance is BLISS!!!

Clear light amber body. Honied, pale malt aroma. Clean, grassy hop flavor. There’s a touch of wheat bread, too. A good blonde, no off flavors with hop character to boot.

Predictably, this beer was pale yellow. A light citrus aroma gave way to a similar taste. A slightly hoppy aftertaste finished it off. A good, nicely balanced beer.

light pale malt and faint hop nose. light, clean beer. sweet, tasty and a bit floral. fresh and pleasant. some corn and lots of clean, dry malts, a bit stale and weak on finish. interesting offering

Look like this one was renamed Avalon Blonde. Looks like the political correctness in Madison hits once again (who would name a beer after a drunken orgy praising bacchus - granted not very angelic, when you can name it after the Isle of the Dead - home of King Arthur and other heros past. That said, Deep golden color with a smallish off white head. Light fruit and floral hops aroma. Light malt sweetness mixed with a touch of fruit(peaches and plums). Finish is a touch sweet and thin, but quite drinkable.

Clear golden body with medium white head. Aroma is medium sweet and peach. Taste is mild sweet, peach/orange, with no bitterness and no finish. Light watery body.

Similar to Goose Island's, maybe not as good. I dont particularly like this style, but this beer was refreshing. Decent level of bitterness and slightly creamy. sweet with noted bitterness in the finish.

Floral aroma. A nicely bitter blond, although not typical of the style.
