Sep 7, 2004 Festival tap:Massive cascade, deep black with tan head, very sweet and strong malt nose, big chocolatey taste, very rich and thick. Dry coffee notes at the finish, peaty and sweet aftertaste. This is a rich one!

Aug 1, 2004 Black body, wispy tan head. Nice strong flavor on this one. Starts with a deep dark fruit flavor, like a "gourmet" chocolate filled with a sweet, syrupy cherry filling. Also, it has a rice krispie dryness. Dark chocolate and light coffee aroma. A satisfying oatmeal stout! Could have used a bit more mouthfeel, however.
