UPDATED: SEP 14, 2016 2 oz pour on draft at ANXO. Clear light yellow with off-white ring. Aromas of apples, light funk. Tastes of apples, funk, light spice. Light body with a dry finish.

Growler fill from The Wink. Poured a medium gold. Aroma is apples, slight funk. Flavor is apple forward, slight baked note, with a mild funk in the background. Some slight tartness, but edged toward the sweet on the finish. Lightly spicy as well. Not bad.

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2014 70cl bottle. Nice fresh apple aromas, some subtle tart. Hay, golden colours, vanishing white head, high carbonated, light body. Some sour, but ends sweet. Very enjoyable. Lingering apply flavours.

Bottle from Alcampo. Traditionally poured. Hazy light yellow greenish colour. Nose is initially dusty, sour apple, slightly acidic, very pleasant. Flavour is green apples, vinegar, fairly sour, very dry, subdued sweetness. Slightly sour, acidic finish. A bit lacking in body.
