[ Raise The Roof Tasting ]. Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, cereal, toasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20100731]
