Bottle. Pale gold with a White foam. Aromas are grain and corn with grassy notes and yeast. Flavours are sweet grain with some caramel. Grassy hops with lots of grolsch-like yeast. Bitter abs dry on the finish. Better than expected.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a medium-sized, foamy white head with lace. Grainy malty aroma with citrousy hops and a light touch of honey-sweetness. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied, crispy mf. Quite balanced taste between soft and moderately sweet grainy malt and citrousy, slightly herbal hops; almost dry slightly bitter finish with a light hoppy touch. Clean and solid Pils with a restrained hop-character which I appreciate more instead of using loads of cheap, metallic hop-extracts. .

Bottle from Cotteridge Wines, Birmingham. Pours well, mit chunky top. Starts well with a rich, dry bouquet, then settles back on its laurels somewhat, with a sweet finish. A middling, but drinkable Pils.

500ml bottle. Spiralling gold with a fine white head. Cooked corn, beeswax, mild grassy aroma. Washy, weak grassy notes; some floured rubber, almond: a bit strong European lager. Love my German lagers but this is a poor one and a disappointing way to kick off the midweekend.
