Cask (gravity dispense) at the Bree Louise on 13 April 2011. Hazy straw colour. No head. Not much condition. Looks more like cider or perry than beer. Light citrus with a whiff of sulphur on the nose. Fairly dry on the palate with biscuity malt and some sappy hops. Quite zesty mouthfeel. I’m sure I would have enjoyed this more with a more lively condition.
