COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Alla Tiders Ängöl är en modern ljus lageröl med inspiration från Tjeckien. Ölet är bryggt på förstklassig pilsnermalt tillsammans med en gnutta münchnermalt och vetemalt. Den ädla tjeckiska humlesorten Saaz ger ölet tydliga tjeckiska influenser, medan nya zeeländska humlesorter ger ölet spännande friska blommiga toner. Trots rikliga humlegivor är inte ölet alltför beskt. Den passar utmärkt såväl till husmanskost som till ditt favoritkött från grillen. Den passar också bra att dricka alldeles för sig själv i goda vänner lag. Ofiltrerad och opastöriserad för den goda smakens skull. En öl för alla tider!

Flaske 0,5l. Gave fra Magne. Delt med Rune i H9 under rateseanse 16 Mai 12. Lys gyldenbrun med et skinnende hvitt luftig skum. Litt uklar. Kraftig & god fruktig aroma. Mørke plommer & svisker. Smaken det samme. Fruktig bitter ettersmak. Blir litt uvariert, men en utmerket tørsteslukker. Datoen var passert med mer enn et halvt år - men virket helt OK. KI=6

Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sour malt notes, light to moderate hoppy, grass - silage. Flavour is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, thin, watery. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20120420]

Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival: The aroma is strange with elements of butterscotch and cooked vegetables. Taste has a harsh bitter flavor with hints of grainy malt and caramel, the finish is slightly sweet and sticky. Drinkable, but nothing more!

Sampled on March 9, 2012 50cl bottle thanks gnoff! Pours a cloudy orange, thick white head. Grainy scent with a hint of lemongrass. Crispt bready grapefruit/lemony taste. Fresh slightly bitter finish.
