3.2 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20 jake65 (2161) - Williston, North Dakota, USA - OCT 25, 2010
Tap @ Texas Roadhouse Billings. Pours a clear(?) golden orange with a finger of sandy beige head. Nose is mild, lightly fruity, yeast, corriander, and cloves. Tastes mild with the heavier wheat presence, citrus comes next. The cloves and corriander are there, but are pretty subdued from the sweetness. The wheat and citrus make things pretty sweet and mellow.

Sample at the 2nd annual Montana Brewers festival. Aroma of clove, banana. Color is hazed yellow. Tastes a bit nutty... with clove and banana again. Medium light body, high carbonation

Draft sample at Ibrewpub.
Poured clear pale color with an average fizzy white head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeasty, citrus and coriander aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium yeasty citrus sweet flavor with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
My expectations where met.
3.4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20 JK (3505) - Uptown, Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA - DEC 10, 2007
Thanks to Skyview. An interesting beer, that blends some character of a Belgian ale with a wit. No visible sediment. There is lots of spice, loads of citrus and and a considerable grains of paradise presence. Some bubblegum. Cloudy yellow. Much more malt sweetness than most of the style.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 badgerben (4116) - Blaine, Minnesota, USA - DEC 6, 2007
Growler from Skyview, but of course. Hazy yellow color with a large head. Big coriander aroma. Lots of fruit and citrus. Absolute coriander bomb. Moderate wheat. A very good wheat beer, but for me personally, the overwhelming coriander kills it.
3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20 KAF (447) - Coralville, Iowa, USA - DEC 6, 2007
Brought back courtesy of Skyview in a growler. Still fresh. Pale yellow and hazy in color with a white head. Aroma of fruit (sweet not dark). The taste is oddly similar to slightly stale fruit loops cereal with corlander.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 kyzr (1140) - Belgrade, Montana, USA - SEP 19, 2007
Gold pour with small white head. Very fruity and grain/malty nose. Nice big sweet malty front, with good carbination. A touch of hops that add to the body. Finish is very crisp and clean.
3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20 Skyview (4859) - Papoose Jct, Minnesota, USA - JUL 20, 2007
Sampled on draught at the brewpub in downtown Billings, Montana. Pours a sem-hazy golden blonde brew with an average and fast dissolving white head that leaves behind a fine film and thin white ring. Aroma of sweet fruity multi-grain malt quite simular to Post Fruity Pebbles or Kelloggs Fruit Loops. Other scents detected are oranges, some light cherry and a touch of corlander. Taste is over-the-top sweet compared to most other Belgian wheat beers. Medium bodied, light carbonated with a light multi-fruit flavor. Finish is just as sweet as the aroma and flavor with no bitterness. Aftertaste nearly reminds me of a light fruit punch than a Belgian Wit. If you like the taste of fruity breakfast cereals, you will like this version of Witbier.

On draught at the brewery. Pours a dense dark straw color, well-carbonated, with a full mouthfeel and light-to-medium body. An even dry/sweet flavor balance, with a solid wheat flavor and late mellow spiciness.
