355mL. Pours clear, sparking, brilliant golden. Fizzing white foam. Lots of nucleation points. Nose is heavy, sweet apples, white grapes. Taste is quite tart, tangy, with lactic and citric sourness. Very muted, dusty ginger spice and tea tannic balance. Easy to enjoy. Not cloying, not artificial tasting. Palate is the hight point. Fiance rating: 3.6

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a very small sized head of finely sized clear colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a softly carbonated transparent light orange colored body. . The crisp mouth feel was tingly at the start and at the finish. The mild flavor contained notes of red apple and ginger. An OK brew just nothing special.

Excellent hard cider with clear gold appearance and an aroma of ripe apples. Taste is that of light apple and ginger. Stays on palate quite a while and has a great after taste. One of the better hard ciders I have had.
3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20 Stellaaaa (238) - Tennessee, USA - DEC 22, 2012
Pours a deep golden yellow with no head. It has a sweet aroma of apples mixed with ginger. The taste is, similarly, buttery apples with ginger in the mix. The ginger is ever-present, and borders on being too strong without crossing the line. Very good for a somewhat non-traditional cider, better than some plain ciders.

12oz bottle - pours clear gold with large bubbles. Nose is sour apple. Flavor adds more sour apples. Sweet and sour. Sticky. Soft carbonation. Lacks the champagne qualities that the other two, from AO I’ve had, displayed.
3.6 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 12/20 pottygok (364) - Ohio, USA - DEC 7, 2012
Aroma: Tart apple smell.
Appearance: Clear, pale gold with no head.
Taste: Light sourness all the way through with sweetness at the edges.
Palate: Medium body, slick texture, soft carbonation, long tart finish.
Overall: I was hoping for more of a ginger aroma or flavor, so I’m a bit disappointed. This just seems like a run of the mill cider, with not much going for it.

Bit underwhelming.

From bottle. Mild sweet-tart apple juice aroma with candied ginger. Subtle ginger, not overpowering. Medium golden amber clear with no head. Medium watery body with medium-light carbonation. Starts medium sweet with apple juice and a pretty big hit of spicy fresh ginger. A bit bitey, but mellows towards the finish. Not overpowering but a little too assertive and medicinal. Sweet-tart finish with smooth sweet after.

Clear pour with an apple aroma. The flavor is very tart, mostly apple with the ginger adding spiciness to the cider. The flavors could blend a little better.
