Our Apple Ginger cider is unlike any cider youíve had before. The fresh ginger and apple flavors blend together for a sweet, yet slightly tart taste with a distinct ginger aroma. The result is a smooth, refreshing cider that goes down easy.

Brief write-up. Pours a light straw color. The aroma is pretty much sweet apple, with only mild hints of ginger and cinnamon. Flavors are one note, mainly just apple and sweetness - only a hint of ginger appears on the back end, and I donít fully enjoy its presence. Light on the palate; no dryness, but I didnít expect any. From what I remember, their Crisp Apple is better. Iíd drink it over BMC any day though.

Well, the name of this beer pretty much gives away what it tastes like. It is a dry and mildly carbonated version of apple juice w/ a touch of ginger. Itís not quite sweet enough to taste like apple-flavored pop but still has a sticky heaviness to it that I find to be off-putting even though the flavor profile is overall reasonably nice. Even one glass of this feels like a bit too much, meaning it is hardly the refreshing beverage it advertises itself as being.

the taste of apple and ginger are certain the main flavors, but both flavors are particularity dominate. the cider is tartish with a crispness. the ginger comes in right after. for one who enjoys flavors.

Bottle poured a clear tarnished gold with a lingering ring of white bubbles. Aromas of straw, apple and light ginger. Palate was light bodied and crisp. Flavors of apple, light ginger and light straw with a crisp lingering apple finish.

Bottle, twist-off. Nose is sweet apple with light tang, medium and very earthy ginger. Pours pale golden without a head. Taste very sweet, thin light body, a little stale and the apple really isnít given a chance to shine, the ginger comes in late and without any punch. Just a missed opportunity here, the combination has potential.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow gold body under a small fizzy white head. The nose is pretty well your standard cider, some baked apple sweetness and some skins, but with a light hint of fresh ginger. The flavor is sort of a cross between apple juice and ginger ale, with the firm fizzy carbonation level to match the comparison to ginger ale. This is really quite refreshing in the way that a well made hot ginger ale is. Not so sure that means itís a great Cider, but it is pretty pleasant to drink. I could do a few of these on a summer day in place of a ginger ale.

Very sweet, but pleasant, flavor. Mostly apple, with a very faint kick of ginger. Being a gingerphile, I would have liked a lot more spice to it. Think Martinellis after a piece of ginger has been dunked inside for 10 minutes. Drinkable, but not superb.

12oz bottle..I couldnít detect much ginger in the nose, mostly apple. Pours a clear gold color. Ginger very distinctive in the taste, with the tart apple as a finish. Very good cider.

It pours a golden color with minimal carbonation. It has the aroma of apples and ginger. It tastes like a cross between a hard cider and a ginger beer. I like it and would buy it again.

Tasted on 1/22/14 from a capped 12oz bottle. Pours clear golden with some thin white bubbles that leave a short-lived collar. The nose is sweet and tart fresh apple juice with some spicy ginger and a touch of bubblegum. The flavor is the same sweet and tart apple with a whole lot more dusty and spicy ginger than on the nose. The body is just below medium with light carbonation and a long dusty and spicy ginger finish.

12 oz. bottle at a friendís party. Pours a pale, clear gold without much of a head, some white bubbles. Clean, fresh apples and some spicy ginger on the back end. Pretty straightforward. Light-bodied, with medium carbonation and a sweet, barely tart, spicy mouthfeel. Not bad. Refreshing.
