COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Our Cinnful Apple cider is crisp and refreshing with a spicy twist. The sweet, slightly tart apple flavor is balanced with cinnamon spice, adding a slight heat for a flavor that is truly Cinnful.

Bottle from Total Wine in Folsom, CA. Pours gold with a little fizz. Aroma made me think of sliced hard boiled egg. ? Concentration gives me a hint of cinnamon. Med minus body. Flavor is definitely spicy cinnamon. Probably better than a lot of pumpkin beers, considering the season. Certainly spices up the cider.

Bottle. Poured clear golden color with a minimal head that diminished slowly with little lacing. Medium cinnamon, floral apple aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and soft carbonation. Medium spice and sweet apple flavor with a medium spice sweet finish of short to moderate duration. Soft drinkable beverage.

Bottle @ home, picked up at RJs Fort Collins. Pours a clear, light yellow appearance with no head. Kind of bland, light cinnamon red hot, mild pear/apple, light veggie, somewhat spicy aroma. Kind of juicy flavor but more like apple sauce with cinnamon and vanilla. There’s a weird twangy note that I can’t quite put my finger on, maybe wet noodles. Probably my least favorite cider from these guys but it is drinkable.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a pale yellow color, slight hazy, with a wisp of a fizzy head. Aroma of strong cinnamon with lends some toastiness and some tart apples in the background. The taste is tart apples, strong cinnamon. Medium bodied. Like a simple mulled cider, the cinnamon cames close to being overmuch, but this does end up being decently balanced.

Most of a 12oz bottle, which has been sitting in the fridge for several hours. Twist off cap. Clear golden yellow color. Virtually no head. Couple tiny dots of lace. Wow, such a big cinnamon aroma, the most and twiggiest I’ve ever had in any beverage of any kind, I’m pretty sure. Sipping this is like sticking your face in a 5 gallon container of ground cinnamon for 10 seconds. Cinnful, more like cinn-full. It’s very evident in the nose, and lasts long through the finish. As a fan of cinnamon, I actually like the aroma quite a bit and am pretty impressed by it. Big cinnamon works very well with the natural apple flavor of the cider. Taste is pretty sweet, though, a bit too sweet for me, with a lightly tart finish. Medium body. Lightly sticky. Lighter carbonation. Super long cinnamon-apple aftertaste. This is one of the most interesting ciders I’ve ever had. Held my attention the whole way through. The one drawback for me, it’s a bit too sweet.

Bottle. Pours gold with a thin head. Relatively restrained sweetness, apples, and a good dose of cinnamon without being overpowering. Not bad.

1/4/14. 12oz bottle from Publix. Clear golden pour. Weird aroma... Has hints of a certain poopiness. Hard to explain, but hopefully someone will know what I mean... It’s like when saliva dries on the end of a pen or something and it has that weird poppy aroma. Ahem. Anyway, also touches of sourness and cinnamon. Whoa, the flavor is a different story. Cinnamon. Holy shit. Cinnamon bomb, some apple in there. Drain pour. This is awful, glad I bought a single.

12 ounce bottle for 1.50. Pours a clear yellow color with a bit o’ bubbles. A fresh apple and huge cinnamon nose. Big, massive really cinnamon, a sweet apple base, something like apple pie, just not that big. Pretty nice really. Spot on for what it is.
