This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

January 5, 2013 on tap at burger jones. Clear gold pour with some bubbles at the edges. Aroma was apple and cinnamon. Taste was like and apple cider of course but had a little tartness that made this somewhat interesting.

I’ve never been a fan of these Cider’s, but I gave this one a chance. It didn’t help when the girl at the bar next to me threw it up.

This bottled brew from a bottle shop poured a head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were quickly diminishing and left behind a typically carbonated yellow orange colored body and a fair lacing. The aroma was green apple. The nice flavor contained notes of red apple and green apple. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Location: 12 oz bottle from Buy Rite, 12/30/12

Aroma: The nose is heavy apple juice and very sweet
Appearance: It pours a clear golden color with tiny, fizzy white head and light lacing
Flavor: The taste, as you’d expect from the nose is extremely sweet, tart, and again, all apple juice
Palate: The body is light, but not watery, with a clean feel, quite crisp, and just a little dry on the finish
Overall Impression: Silly me, I didn’t even realize these guys were Boston Beer... Anyway, this is a straight-up sweet apple cider. The crisp apple name is quite accurate, as that is what you get here. This one is all apple juice, extremely sweet, and a little tart too. This could definitely be dangerous for non-drinkers, high school kids, and housewives, as you can barely tell it has any alcohol at all.

16 ounce pint at Pony Inn, Chicago. Luminescent yellow in appearance, apple aroma, crisp cider taste, light palate. Overall it was highly drinkable and a lot like Mott’s Medley.

Decent enough change of pace from a normal beer. Rather sweet, making it easy to drink. Needs more of an alcohol presence though.

Very tasty. You can slam this down. Taste and aroma of green apples. Needs a little more alcohol and a little less sweetness.

Pours a clear yellow with no head but slight lacing. It has a very sweet aroma and smells like braeburn apples (I’m a greengrocer). The taste is of sweet apples and little more. Like apple juice with a kick! It’s a little too sweet for my taste.

Draft. Clear golden color, bubbles. Aroma of dried apple wedges. Taste is sweet fruit with a dry finish. Simple and straightforward.
