COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

On tap @Proof Brewing Company. Straight apple with a bit of sweetness that isnít overpowering. A non-boozy fresh tasting apple juice. Probably the most enjoyable cider Iíve had to date, but that is only saying so much.

Draft at World of Beer Tampa Palms. Poured a clear, golden color with a thin and short lived white head. Flavor and aroma is semi sweet apples with just a hint of tartness in the finish. Decent cider, but not great.

Pour is a clear light looking yellow with no head. Aroma is apples and an overall sweetness. Flavor is a little more in depth. Apple to start then comes more of a wine like quality and then finishes sweet. Very easy to drink, not super tart, maybe a tad to much on the sweet side.

12-oz bottle. Medium yellow pour, no head. Aroma is sweet apple, but typically cider in that itís not very noticeable. Palate is lots of green apple. Very tart and not watery at all. Carbonation is medium to high. A lot of apple packed into this - possibly my favorite cider yet.

Tallahassee, Fl. - Publix Supermarket - Killearn - 12 oz bottle. Pours a sparkling medium golden, not head, nice bubble action. Fresh real apple aroma, reminds me of Gala apples. Flavor is crisp and clean with just the right amount of sourness. Some apple pie spice in the back end. Crisp mouthfeel. Decent cider.

12oz. Bottle: Aroma of apple juice and apples. Poured apple-juice in color with a tiny, wispy white head on top and around the edges. Clear. Lightly sparkling. Flavor is medium to heavily sweet. Tastes of apples and apples juice. Light to medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Apple juice finish.

Draft: Apple juice nose. Clear golden, streams of carbonation. Semi-sweet apple. Finishes drier with a floral character. Solid.

Pours a clear gold, no head or lacing. Smell and taste is all apples, all in your face. Itís basically apple juice with a bit of booze.

If Boston Beer Company is trying to keep a low profile about who makes this, they arenít doing a good job- I saw it at two bars in a row in Cincinnati with the name "Sam Adams Angry Orchard Crisp" on the chalkboard. Anyway, it pours a clear golden color with a small white head. Fresh sweet and tart apples on the nose, pretty crisp. Same for the flavor, which had more tartness than Iíd expected. Light-medium bodied, with medium carbonation and a crisp, tart, refreshing mouthfeel. Simple, solid cider.
