COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

I had this at a neighbor’s house and completely didn’t recognize that this is a Sam Adams cider. At any rate, my view on this is identical to that for most American ciders--categorically, these are ciders that are broadly drinkable and not offensive, suitable for the people at the party who say they don’t like beer, but nothing approaching proper cider.

This smells sweeter and applier than the other. Oh, this has some sweet apple flavor to it. This tastes almost exactly like regular cider. Good. Bubbly finish.

On tap at the Knick. Nice apple juice and apple cider aroma. Clean and crisp with a bit of fruity sulfur kick. Dull straw yellow clear with no head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Nice tart kick to start, like Jolly Rancher sour apple flavor. Nice sweet cider finish and refreshing clean after.

Lives up to its name....very crisp. Somewhat tart. Light translucent copper. No head. Minimal carbonation but not flat. Tastes like a very good apple juice, can’t taste the alochol.

The aroma is sweet and fruity with alcohol. The appearance is golden with no head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall this is an average cider.

Bottle. Pours a clear light orange with an effervescent white head. Aroma of crisp sweet candy apple, a touch of pie crust. Flavor is sweet candy apple with some spices in the finish for a sharp bite. Sweet and tasty. 7/4/7/4/14 [3.6/5]
