This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

On tap at TGI Fridayís (gross) in Pigeon Forge, TN. Pours a crystal clear, pale golden colored body with no head and only a trickle of lacing on the glass. Aroma is slightly tart apples with a light sweetness and crispness. Flavor is similar. Slightly crisp and tart apples up front with a light sugary sweetness in the middle. Finishes clean and slightly dry with a light tartness and sweetness. Medium length aftertaste following a light, pretty crisp body and a light, sparkling carbonation. Overall, not a bad cider and Iím kind of surprised, actually. Fairly sweet, but slightly tart and mostly crisp. Nothing special, but certainly not bad.

Bottle @ 18th RG. Yellow with white dissipating head. Smells sweet and sour in an off way-reminds me of babies. Taste follows.

Sampled at the at 18th Richmond gathering. Clear yellow pour with ring of clearish white head. Sweet and clean apply nose. Flavor is not as sugar as woodchuck, but similar. As far as ciders go, its okay.

This poured a darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was apple juice mainly, not much else. Flavor was striaght apple juice from concentrate, but with some extra added sugar. Too sweet for me.

Bottle. One sniff and itís obvious -- Jolly Rancher Green Apple! The kind I used to form around my teeth as a sort of sucrose-laden retainer. Ah, childhood. That said, it looks all right. Very sweet on the palate, with a mouth-watering astringency that cuts through the sweetness like a katana through Velveeta. Slightly frizzante. Finishes warm and a little omnipresent. All right.

On tap at SPSBF. Pours a clear gold with a white head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma is full of very sweet sugary apples with only a hint of crispness. Flavor has lots of sweet apple and not much else.

The aroma definitely has much apple. As I sip, I notice some hints of wheat, a very faint note of bubblegum, and alcohol. The taste is moderately sour and somewhat sweet - obviously itís not salty or bitter, which is a good thing for a cider. The palate is good; itís crisp and easy to sip, and there is no harsh finish. Overall, itís a good cider to try.

Apple nose, some sugary sweetness. Clear and juicy. Sugary sweet apple juice. Moderate mouthfeel. Not terrible.

It seemed off, somehow. Sure plenty of apple and citrus aroma, as well as flavor. But that was it. No nuance, no depth of flavor. Sometimes straight forward is good, but sometimes its boring...

bottle, shared with my wife. 24K gold colour, medium carbo, no head generation at all. Aroma is apple juice with spicy nuances and maybe just a hint of band-aid. Sweet natural apple flavour (not crisp/tart, more like regular eating apples like Cortlands), again with just hints of spice. Finish is just a little dry. Pretty good.
