This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

Tasted on 1/22/14 from a capped 12oz bottle. Pours clear yellow with some white bubbles that hang out on the collar for a moment. The nose is a fairly intense sweet and tart, fresh apple aroma, smells a little bit like a green Jolly Rancher. The flavor is the same sweet and tart, almost apple candy-like. The body is just under medium and lightly tannic with light carbonation and a long acidic tart apple finish.

Keg at the Malmo Taproom, Day 2 of RBESG ’15, 21/08/15. Golden amber with no head. Nose is apple pulp, straw, caramel. Taste comprises apple orchard, sweet notes, straw, apple candy. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. So so cider, pretty basic.

Clear pale golden color with a medium thin fizzy white head that evaporates quickly. Spotty lacing. Aroma of apples and spices. Light body with flavors of sweet apples and spice. The finish is crisp with a semisweet apple cider aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

Tallboy can. Clean, sweetish apple juice nose. Clear light straw color. Sweet and lightly tangy apple. The sweetness jumps up a bit in mid palate and then fades fast. Thin body. Concentrated apple, and that’s all.

Bottle at Cafe Deluxe Bethesda. Nice golden body with white head. Nose is sweet with lots of freshly cut apples. Taste is sweet, fruity of apples with some acids. More so in the strong finish. Decent.

On tap at Taproom Malmö. Clear yellow/golden with almost no head. A bit sweet with apples and with some light bitterness. Soft and easy to drink. The finish was on the dry side.

Yellow gold color with virtually no head out of the tap. Nose of green apples and white sugar. This drinks like a really sweet apple juice. Not much else. I don’t have enough experience with ciders, but it tastes fine.

Tap @ Taproom, Malmö. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet and Hubba Bubba apple chewing gum. Flavor is quite sweet and slightly acidic. Light dry and slightly acidic finish. Normally I don’t like this sort of thing, but I remember the old Hubba Bubba chewing gum fondly. 100715
