COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

Simple yet very nice cider. Bright Orange body, clear, small dizzy head that dies quickly. Fresh apples on the nose, with a mild tart apple scent. Flavor is similar - bright fresh apples, slightly sweet apples which is kept from being overwhelming by a mild tart Apple and nice carbonation. Simple yet very drinkable.

Bottle. Golden color. Aroma is that of sweet apples with a slight hint of the sulfites. Taste is also sweet apple with a touch of tart. Can also taste some sulfites.

Bottle. One sniff and it’s obvious -- Jolly Rancher Green Apple! The kind I used to form around my teeth as a sort of sucrose-laden retainer. Ah, childhood. That said, it looks all right. Very sweet on the palate, with a mouth-watering astringency that cuts through the sweetness like a katana through Velveeta. Slightly frizzante. Finishes warm and a little omnipresent. All right.

Boliv (1149) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 17, 2011
Draught. Served in a pint glass rimmed with cinnamon and sugar. Damn. Pours clear orangey yellow with no head, aromas of apple skins, sweet cider, and brown sugar. The flavor is sweet apple, lightly tart, with some bitter fruit skins. Really pretty drinkable, with medium carbonation and a semi-dry finish. Not nearly as sweet as expected; better than Woodchuck’s offerings. [885]

Not my style, but I like it. Sparkling yellow with a strong apple aroma. Taste is sweet and a little sour apple with a dry finish.

Lives up to its name....very crisp. Somewhat tart. Light translucent copper. No head. Minimal carbonation but not flat. Tastes like a very good apple juice, can’t taste the alochol.

Clear gold pour with a ring of bubbles. Taste and aroma were mostly apple juice. Fairly sweet. Light on the palate. Easy to drink.

The color is an extremely clear golden with no head, and the aroma smells similar to apple juice with a hint of yeast. The taste is quite sweet and slightly sour, and the palate combines a soft carbonation, thin texture, light body, and a slightly sweet finish.
