COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

Has a bit of creeping tartness but overall this is pretty crappy hard cider.

Bottle. Pours straw colored with fizzy carbonation and no head to speak of. Nose is crisp tart apple, earthy brown sugar and cinnamon. Tastes of ripe semi-sweet apple, cinnamon and brown sugar, and a lively crisp apply finish.

2013-12-16. Crisp yellow body, headless. Aroma of sweet fruity apples. Flavour is quite fruity, notes of sweet apples, lightly tart touches linger in the finish. Smooth average bodied palate, soft carbonation. Enjoyable but overall impression is a touch artificial seeming. Bottle on board the Norwegian Pearl, somewhere in the Atlantic.

Clear pale golden color, small white head. Sweet, light acidic, apple, fresh taste. Spritzy mouthfeel, low bitterness. Dry, peel, apple aftertaste. Apple, fresh scent. A very nice drink indeed.

On tap. Crisp is absolutely the wrong word for this. Pours with a clear, medium gold hued body with a white ring of foam. Aromas are sweet, sulfur, perfumey, floral, very sweet. Dryish apple character. Medium esters, a touch earthy. Light acid. Flavors are cloying apples, light pear flavor. Relatively clean yeast wise, but REALLY sweet. Some airfreshner notes. Artificial acid flavors that don’t really help the balance too much. Medium bubbles, syrupy sweet. Syrupy and soda like.

Pint on draft at Flipdaddy’s. Clear yellow orange color. Bubbles on the side of the glass. Very thin white head. Leaves good lace. Good balance of apple and spice flavor. Lighter, smooth carbonation. Medium body. Tart, sweet taste, spice. Decent cider.

On tap at SPSBF. Pours a clear gold with a white head that starts at the edges and dissipates completely. Aroma is full of very sweet sugary apples with only a hint of crispness. Flavor has lots of sweet apple and not much else.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks avrashi. Clear pale golden. Aroma is somewhat sulphury with green apples. Sweetish and slightly tart apples flavor. Medium-bodied. Simple, but quite refreshing.

Bottle at Casanova Beer Cave festival. Clear light gold pour. Fresh crisp apples in the aroma and taste. Really enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden orange. Immensely sweet, hard apple candies from a tin. Very sweet, not cloying, but definitely at the soda level. Lightly tart acid on the finish, but otherwise just a lot more sugared apples.
