COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden orange. Immensely sweet, hard apple candies from a tin. Very sweet, not cloying, but definitely at the soda level. Lightly tart acid on the finish, but otherwise just a lot more sugared apples.

UPDATED: DEC 12, 2014 [6106-20131216] Bottle. Sweet apple aroma. Clear, golden yellow body with a quick foamy white head. More sweet apple and sauce in the flavour with a bit of a tart finish. Light-medium body. Simple, easy to drink. (6/3/7/3/13) 3.2

Pours clear yellow orange on tap, aroma has notes of sour apple, some slight biscuit, slightly sweet. Taste is, unfortunately, a sugar bomb, with some slightly tart apple and biscuit notes, finished way too sweet and the tartness didnít break it up enough.

Bottle. Head is initially very small, fizzy, white, fully diminishing. Body is medium to dark yellow. Aroma is notes of apple juice, ammonia, candy sugar, plastic. Flavor is moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic. Finish is lightly to moderately sweet, lightly to moderately acidic, lightly bitter, slightly unclean. Medium body, watery texture, fizzy carbonation, moderately astringent. Man, if thereís one odor I love in cider, itís ammonia. Crispinís products are chock full of it. This one canít quite match those ciders in terms of pure ammonia power, but itís no slouch either. Seems like thereís sugar added to this too, or at least it smells like it. Pretty much just apple juice and unpleasant phenols otherwise. A total drain pour, but not QUITE as bad as I make it sound. Terrible but not horrific, if you get my drift. Crispin is horrific.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks avrashi. Clear pale golden. Aroma is somewhat sulphury with green apples. Sweetish and slightly tart apples flavor. Medium-bodied. Simple, but quite refreshing.

Bottle. Pours light gold with zero head. Fresh red juicy apples, light caramel, and lighter hints of spices. Just a bit of carbonation. Enjoyable.

12 ounce bottle from the 3300 S liquor store. Pours a clear golden color with a small white head. A nice nose of sweet apples. A very flavorful punch of dry apples, a bit of tangy tartness, very mellow. Quite natural. Good. The carbonation level is quite nice, not too much.

12-oz. Pours crystal clear with little nucleation. Huge sugary red apple fruit nose. Watery lightish body. Very much like a martinelliís, just a sugary apple juice concentrate mix. Doesnít show the booze.

3/22/12. On tap. Clear light copper pour with basically no head. Plenty of apple on the aroma with some sugary sweetness and a big yeasty aspect. Sweet apple flavor with some sugar and a touch of yeast character. The flavor lingers with a nice apple punch like the flavor of biting into a fresh apple. Not bad.
