2.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle. Pours a clear light yellow. Almost no head on an aggressive pour. Very sweet aroma dominated by apple, flower and champagne notes. Tastes the same. Did not disappoint.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle @ Epic Beer Fest Denver 2013. Pours a clear, very light whitish/yellow appearance with little head. Somewhat floral, pear, light lemon, a touch spicy aroma. Big candy necklace candy, vanilla cake, pear, a touch citrusy flavor. Not that bad of flavor but awfully sweet.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a clear pale yellow color with some light bubbling. Aroma is apples and flowers. Taste is more complex than the aroma suggests. Flowers, apples, pears, berries, and some spices. Slightly sticky mouthfeel, fairly tart and dry. Overall, a sold cider.

3.3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
bottle. Light gold with minimal head. Very interesting flavor. Big apple, with a floral aspect. I wouldn’t have properly identified the extra taste if I didn’t already know what it was. This really works well for me, though I imagine it won’t appeal to everyone.

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Bottle share by Bob, pours a straw color with minimal white head. Aromas of hibiscus, flowers and apples. Taste is very much the same, can’t get past the flower taste.

2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle from Wolfey’s, so much sweet fruit and no bitterness to balance, just a sweet sweet mess to me.. but some chicks probably dig it.

2.8 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Thoroughly ok. Tart, sweet, and not too floral. Before woodchuck reformulated their spring cider, it was way to floral. This had the floral note reigned in so it complements rather than takes charge.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
12 oz bottle. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow with no head; has a little white ring of foam. Aroma is apples and floral, no surprise there, along with some earth and basement. Taste is mostly tart along with some apple pie spice. Carbonation average, body medium to thin, dry finish. Tastes good to me, although I don’t see myself rushing out to buy it ever again.

3.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a small foamy white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet apple and grape. The flavor was sweet bread, apple, honey and elderberries. Long sweet finish of apple and elderberry. A nice wine like presence throughout. Medium finish and medium body. Tasty.
