COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

12oz bottle. Mostly clear, lighter yellow color. Minimal white head, couple bits of lace. Smooth, crisp lighter carbonation. Medium body. Lightly sticky texture. Good apple and floral flavor. Little honey. Moderate sweet taste, light citrus zest. Pretty tasty cider. Elderflower is a nice twist that complements the apple well.

Bottle. Pours a very pale straw yellow with a minimal fizzy white head that faded completely. The nose is really pretty nice, the elderflower really comes out well, giving it a floral and fruity character. Thereís not much apple in the nose actually. The flavor is the best of the three Angry Orchards Iíve had thus far. The floral notes really dominate this and cover up all the sweet apple juice sweetness really well. Very fruity and drinkable, the combo of the flower and the apple make for a blueberry like flavor thatís really pleasant. Light bodied and only lightly clingy with fizzy carbonation. Pretty decent cider.

FROTHINGSLOSH (4547) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 20, 2013
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a very pale yellow color with a small foamy white head that faded and left no lacing. The aroma was sweet apple and grape. The flavor was sweet bread, apple, honey and elderberries. Long sweet finish of apple and elderberry. A nice wine like presence throughout. Medium finish and medium body. Tasty.

Bottle from a sixer given to me by my brother. Clear yellow in color with a thin white head. Aroma of apple and odd fruit syrup. Apple and softer fruit flavor with a semi-sweet apple finish.

Bottle to half-pint glass (shared with the Mrs.). Looks decent; a transparent gold with no head, but lively carbonation. Smells and tastes of cider and elderflower with an average mouthfeel. Not bad.

Light gold color. medium sweet with apple and peach, some citrus as well. This is good for an inexpensive cider.

12oz twist-off bottle, white label. Yellow color. Tastes of apple juice with a touch of floral, cranberry essence. Smells of flowers. Very thin. Itís better than Angry Orchard Crisp Apple. (3681)

12 oz. bottle, $2 single at Binnyís. And not date notched like the Sam Adams beers. Twist-off crown. First whiff is pretty yeasty for a cider. After that clears off, thereís some sweet apple smell, and a hint of berries. Pretty fizzy pour, with a head thatís gone as soon as I stop pouring. Pale yellow, though not as pale as the one Virtue cider Iíve had. Smell is a bit high on the apple side, but at least does not smell "processed." Taste is light on the apple, though, and has overtones of nuts and passionfruit. A slight note of wet hay in the next sip. A different taste to be sure.
