COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

Ehh... Nothing to rave about here. Of course it tastes like tart apples. Not so much lychee (but it is there). It probably would have stood out more if the presence of elderflower in the aroma and taste. The finish was nice though, like crisp apple peel and flower petals.

Imagine taking your grandma’s potpourri that has been sitting on her piano for 25 years and pouring that in your drink so you get that old musty flower profile and that is what this stuff is. An odd mixture of sweetness and dust that gives me an initial reaction of wanting to spit it out with each sip.

Bottle. Poured very light clear yellow. No aroma. Slightly sour apple taste. Light carbonation. ---Rated via Beer Buddy

Bottle. Pours a hazy yellow with a fine head. Nose is floral with an undertone of nuts and spices -- there’s a definite solidity under the light notes of flowers and fruit. Off-dry, floral predominant on the front of the tongue then resolving into acidity and a tart dryness. Finishes clean. Very nice, and well balanced.

Bottle. Light golden color. Taste and aroma is a pleasant slight floral one. Actually one of the better major ciders out there.

Nearly clear pale yellow. Nice dandelion flavor. This works really well. Tart. Tasty.

The aroma of this cider is subtle overall but with some hints of apple and a general flower scent, and the appearance is a clear, very light yellow with no head. The taste is quite sweet and mildly sour, and the palate combines a light body, flat carbonation, thin and slick texture, and a sour finish.

Bottle. Looks clear pale yellow. Smells good very appley, floral, sweet. Tastes crisp with a sweet finish. Tastes like apple cider mixed with tea, interesting. Works okay.

I wasn’t entirely sure what I was tasting here. Apples, certainly; but following the pomaceous fruit flavor, was this peculiar numbing blossomy chemical tanginess resembling body fragrance and stale tea. Was not a fan. I’d drink again, however, but only if pressed.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a straw yellow with no head. Taste is of apples, lychee, floral, pears and citrus. Similar, slightly cleaner aroma. Has a decent lighter body with a tart, fruity finish. Easy to drink and quite refreshing. Reminds me of a really good fruit snack.
