COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

The cider pours like apple juice, with a spritzing head that fizzles away to just a ring. My glass is full of carbonation bubbles, and a steady stream works its way to the top of the glass. The ciderís body is properly clear with a slight haze, and the cider leaves a light wet ring of lacing around the glass. On the nose, the cider smells like yeasty apples with hints of pear, what must be elderflower, and a very sour apple tint. On the tongue, the cider tastes tart and sweet with a touch of bitterness. The flavors begin as tart green apples which work their way into yeasty bread flavors with sweet fuji apple and elderflower (I thinkÖ) tastes. The finish is quick with sweet fruity apple with a touch of acidic green apple. The aftertaste is sweet and tart, much like a candied green apple. On the mouth, the cider feels spritzy with carbonation, slightly to the point of fierceness. The ciderís body is just on the upper side of light, and the mouth is left pretty clean with just a touch of tingle in the tongue from the fierce carbonation, and some saliva in the sides of the mouth. Overall, this is decent cider that I could sip on a cool summerís day. Itís a little too sweet for me to drink regularly, but it has some nice complexity and variance in apple flavors. Iím not an expert on tasting ciders, but Iíd this one is pretty good, especially for its price point. Try it.

bottle - This cider smells of apples and some mild florals. The flavor is sweet without being overpoweringly so and has a pleasant floral character in the background. Itís nice and refreshing.

I had this at Global Brew. Pours pale gold with no head. Taste sweet, apple, floral. I thought this was ok. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Light sweet floral scent, pours an almost champagne like pale yellow color with minimal to no head. Initial flavor is slightly sour, which opens up to a sweet savory finish. Light body, soft carbonation, thin texture. Finish matures from an apple sweetness to a pleasantly bitter floral note from the elderflower. This is my favorite of Angry Orchardís seasonal ciders. Very sessionable and satisfying on a hot summer day.

This is hands down one of my favorite seasonal ciders. Not too sweet, not syrupy. Refreshing and exotic. A little floral, but doesnít have that perfume flavor that a lot of florals do. The aftertaste is the best part about this cider. Delicious.

Bottle thanks to Everett. Pours a clear gold with small frothy white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is citrus, floral and apple skin. Thin mouthfeel with flat apple and metallic finish. Meh

Pale, champagne colored, bubbly. Standard longneck - itís hard to tell the variants apart. The Pufnstuf trees are different without distinction. Sweet aroma, with an odd florality - I pick up some fresh peppercorn volatiles in there as well. Sweet, very sweet. Oddly fruity, and I get some peppercorn notes in the flavor profile as well. Light body, finish gets a little clingy. Ok, but not going for seconds. ABC, Bull Run.

Tallahassee, Fl - Publix Supermarket - Blairstone - 12 oz bottle. Sparkling medium golden pour, no discernible head. Aroma has some tropical fruit accents, a touch of apple juice. Crisp flavor, nice mellow apple fruitness, a touch of pear sweetness, just a hint of some unknown spice - must be elderflower. Nice crisp mouthfeel. Very refreshing.

Weak aroma. Strong metallic flavor that lingers after the swish. Pour is a crystal clear yellow with no head.
