COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This cider has tropical notes from the elderflower balanced by a fresh, bright, fruity flavor reminiscent of lychee, pears, and citrus. This flower compliments the crisp apple flavor resulting in a balanced sweetness that brings the fruit and flower together.

Pours straw yellow with no head. Aroma of apple, honey, and flower. Sweet flavor with apple, honey, and flowery finish. Too easy to drink.

Bottle from Wolfey’s, so much sweet fruit and no bitterness to balance, just a sweet sweet mess to me.. but some chicks probably dig it.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a minimal fizzy head, over a clear, light yellow (SRM 2) body.....nose is light apple, flowers, citrus hints, facial powder, peach.....taste is sweet throughout, hints of apple, peach, facial powder, citrus.....mouth feel light, carbonation fizzy, slight acid on finish. This is a highly carbonated, very sweet, floral cider, that reminds me of my grandmother’s cosmetic facial powder. BJCP 7/2/10/4/6

Brief write-up. Pours a chill-hazed straw color. Beyond the typical note of sweet apple on the aroma, there’s a slight herbal component as well - one that not only interests me, but balances a touch of the sweetness. The flavor profile is much the same way: yes it has a lot of sweet apple, but there are some notes of herbs, apricot, and tropical fruit that actually create a modicum of interest here. The feel is typical, though - very sweet on the finish. Having said that, this isn’t bad at all.

Bottle. Sweet commercial apple juice and light pear aroma. Clear gold, no head per usual for cider. Sweet and slightly tart apple and distinctive perfumey elderflower flavor. Light body, lively carbonation, and slightly dry finish.

Thoroughly ok. Tart, sweet, and not too floral. Before woodchuck reformulated their spring cider, it was way to floral. This had the floral note reigned in so it complements rather than takes charge. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a light, clear golden with light carbonation and no head. Mild aroma of pear, tart apples and box-o-wine chardonnay. Taste is stronger, starting with crisp apple sweetness. Finishes dry and tart. Light and easy drinking, this is made for a summer day. Too light of a cider to be one of the better ones, but very far from offensive.

12floz/355ml bottle into a weizen glass. Served cold. Aroma: Apple, yes, but drier than the crisp apple that AO puts out. I don’t know how to describe the other, more prominent aroma, so I’ll attribute it to the elderflower. It smells dry, mildly flowery, and a teeny bit soapy. Appearance: Crystal clear pale yellow body with no head. Taste: Oh wow, there is a definite lychee flavor at first and a little citrus at the end. Subtle dry apple throughout. Pleasant balance between sweet and dry. Palate: Light body. A little sticky. Short, acidic, citrus-forward finish. Overall: Pretty typical cider all around, except for that lychee flavor which was quite nice and refreshing.

12oz bottle poured into a shaker. Pours a clear pale gold with no head. Aroma of apples and citrus. Taste is light sweet. Mostly apples with a little tropical junk in the aftertaste. Light bodied with a slightly aticky texture. Fizzy carbonation and a decently long finish. Overall, not bad. Not one of my favorites though.

12oz twist-off bottle, white label. Yellow color. Tastes of apple juice with a touch of floral, cranberry essence. Smells of flowers. Very thin. It’s better than Angry Orchard Crisp Apple. (3681)
